It allows the synchronization of several Romanian translations, such as OpenOffice.org, Firefox, and Thunderbird. Spelling support is included in the interface. The project has a very active mailing list at ro.openoffice.org/servlets/SummarizeList?listName=dev . Test releases for the programs involved are also announced here.

diacritice.sourceforge.net - This project promotes the use of Romanian "diacritice" when using free software tools to read, write or manipulate Romanian text. It has a very active mailing list at groups.google.com/group/diacritice . The project members also publish and maintain an excellent Romanian translation guide.

www.i18n.ro/Glosar2 - English/Romanian translation glossary, specialized in computer and general IT-related terminology. It is based on an earlier version published under GPL license at tmlug.ro/glosar .

gazetalinux.org - The former OpenIT magazine team, this time publishing in format html instead of the traditional pdf.

www.rosdev.ro - As a project, Rosdev promotes Romanian Free/Open Source Software projects and developers. It organizes a number of conferences and it has an active mailing list at groups.google.com/group/rosdev . News regarding new projects or new releases are posted periodically on the main site.

wiki.lug.ro - This is one of the biggest Linux wiki in Romania maintained by the main Romanian Linux User Group. Lots of information regarding localization, also a full list of Romanian Free/Open Source Software projects.
